Introduction

Welcome to TG Décor (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”)!

This Return and Refund Policy (“Policy”, “Return and Refund Policy”) govern your use of our website located at tgdecor.co.za (together or individually “Service”) operated by TG Décor.

Our Privacy Policy also governs your use of our Service and explains how we collect, safeguard and disclose information that results from your use of our web pages.

Your agreement with us includes this Policy and our Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy (“Agreements”). You acknowledge that you have read and understood Agreements, and agree to be bound of them.

If you do not agree with (or cannot comply with) Agreements, then you may not use the Service, but please let us know by emailing at hello@tgdecor.co.za so we can try to find a solution. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who wish to access or use Service.

Returns and Refund Policy: Custom Orders

Because of the natural materials used, we do not give any refunds on custom orders.

Returns and Refund Policy: Online Shop Order

Should you wish to return online shop orders from TG Décor, please note that each piece is warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship other than defects that are within accepted industry norms, for 30-days from the date of purchase. You are expected to promptly inspect the product for defect upon delivery and prior to installation or other processing of the product. Your claim under this warranty is to be exercised within 48-hours, by your written report of the defect. We will assess your claim and, if valid will at our opinion, replace any defective product. This warranty applies only if such piece was subject to normal use and for the purpose for which it was intended and if the product was properly handled, stored, installed, and maintained in accordance with industry standard and/or our instructions. The limited warranty does not cover normal wear and tear and deterioration from normal use during the standard life of the product, this includes chipping on edges, scratches, dents, staining from pens, rubber, candle wax, wine, food, liquids, or any perfumed product, the use of abrasive or corrosive products, colour variation due to artificial lighting or UV rays and water damage. No further warranty is made, risk of damage or loss passes to the client upon delivery to the shipper and or the taking of possession of the goods. Any shipping fees associated with making returns are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded.

Please note the following exceptions to our return policy;

  • 0.1. Discounted or sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • 0.2. Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
  • 0.3. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
  • 0.4. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
  • 0.5. If you are shipping an item over R1000, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  • 0.6. No item will be accepted for return after 30-days of receipt of goods.

Cancellations Policy

PLEASE NOTE: TG Décor does not accept any cancellations on all pieces that are personalised, custom, bespoke or made to order to your specific requirements. If you do decided to cancel after the deposit amount has been paid production has started we will be forced to hold the full deposit amount. Unfortunately we are unable to make changes, including cancellations to online shop orders after they have been placed.
